Evening both
1st fix rewire now complete, few issues overcome, few dead rats in the roof space above the kitchen.
There is probably a good saving to be made by patching the walls instead of plastering where possible as the electricians have done really well in not disturbing the walls as quite solid.
I’ll be onsite monday so will come back to you when I fully assess ok
